in texas, a suspected gunman has been arrested after shooting up a halloween party just east of dallas. police say a man opened fire on a crowd of nearly 200 people one person was killed and nine others injured a motive is still under investigation. in illinois, two people killed and a dozen injured two gunmen opened fire on more than 200 people at a party there. a deputy was nearby, and when he arrived, he said he saw more than 100 people running down the street three people are dead after an amtrak train collided with a car in south carolina. officials say none of the crew or nearly 500 passengers were hurt, but three of the passengers in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene while a fourth was taken to the hospital the train was able to make an emergency stop after the collision. police are investigating the cause of the crash actor alec baldwin has broken his silence, delivering
