at his parents. look at that. >> he said police were initially unresponsive, and he went to the scene and found this surveillance of that attack. >> we just want a record to be known that, look, there is this guy attacking old asian people on the street. i mean, that should be at least documented. >> he says he is speaking out because he wants people to be proactive when they are a victim of a crime. and then a man was followed and robbed back at his house. thieves tracked the victim after he was taking sunset pictures. two men approached the men while he was parking. the photographer put his car into drive and attempted to chase them.

>> i did chase them after that, unwisely show, and impacted their car to interrupt them from escaping and that's when i saw the gun pointed at me. >> one shot was fired as his family came running out. and then four people were shot early saturday morning outside of the home of a gilroy council member, and one of them died and two others injured. police say rebeca armendariz's family is cooperating with the investigation and they are looking for a second shooter.

of the north bay and the coast it's down to zero right now, and we are going to see patchy dense fog for the start of the day and then it clears out and then we have sunshine. we have low 70s for san josé, and 75 for gilroy. hayward today reaching 70 degrees. we will see low to mid-60s near the coastline, and up to redwood city in the 60s. we are getting ready for the next round of rain. this one moves in fairly quickly and probably won't change any of your plans, and here's why. it's the timing. it moves through during the overnight hours. approaching san francisco and parts of the east bay, and shortly there after, and then it moves through fairly quickly, and light showers for early

tomorrow morning. looks by tomorrow afternoon, it's clearing out once again. that rain could drop closer to half of an inch around ukiah. the east bay and the south bay, 0.1 of an inch of rain or less. the rest of the month, it shows the over all pattern and how active it could be and the prediction center shows the bay area could get above average rainfall. cooler than normal temperatures where we see shades of blue, and maybe cooler than we normally see. we can see that right now even in the 7-day forecast. we're only in the upper 60s, which is lower than what we normally see for early november. we are going to set our clocks back on this sunday morning, and more rain coming in early next week. it could be a decent one bringing in higher rainfall
