president biden's list is growing. they want to move quickly but not so quickly republicans will say it was rushed. but a new abc ipsos poll finds three in four americans wants the president biden to consider all options, not just black women. some republicans are questioning president biden's race and gender litmus test. >> it adds to the support. >> there's another candidate on president biden's list, judge ketanji brown jackson. those republicans now the focus of democrats' hopes that the vote to confirm the court's first black woman will be bipartisan. >> i don't see justice childs an affirmative action i do see putting a black american on the vote to make it more like an american.

today. that's why winter weather alerts continue to stretch across this area i am expecting potentially some flash flood watches for washington state for this afternoon. now, some of these winter storm watches, they're starting to extend into the upper midwest to the southern plains because that storm i just showed you makes its way across the plains to the southern plains. as we go into tuesday evening, even for wednesday, that's when the storm really starts to rev upn the low 40s in some spots in the upper midwest. slightly above average another winter storm on the way. with'll take a look at that forecast coming up. >> that's all important.
