video released by russian state tv, mariupol, the city they have destroyed. 100,000 people estimated trapped and trying to escape. according to local officials, ten buses and red cross are trying to make it into the area this morning. on friday, that effort failed. it is critical the icrc says they respect the agreements and provide security guarantees. in recent days, these are the lucky ones. some getting seats on buses and others in cars. overnight, president zelenskyy saying europe has no right to stay silent. russian soldiers are retreating and leaving behind a disaster. in kharkiv, they pushed back russian troops and troops fled from chernobyl. the head of the iaea is leading

now to the trial of four men accused of planning to kidnap michigan's governor. the case is in the hands of the jury after the closing arguments are friday. we have jesse kerch with more frlt. >> reporter: good morning. those four men accused of trying to kidnap the michigan governor over the pandemic. a jury will with decide if the four men are guilty of conspiracy. the four men, brandon and barry and adam and daniel all accused of conspireing to kidnapped the michigan governor gretchen whitmer in 2020 over covid restrictions. in federal court on friday, the prosecutors argue the group trained and plotted for months to abduct and blow up a nearby bridge to trip up police.

>> they are domestic terrorists. the groups that were plotting to kidnap and probably murder me. >> reporter: all four defendants' lawyers pushing back. fox's attorney says his client is guilty of speaking his mind. harris' lawyer says her client wasn't in on any plan. the government evidence was presented out of context. croft's attorney called it smoke and mirrors. saying the fbi could have got the governor killed if these guys were actual criminals. that allegation tied to a question raised by all four defense teams. was there entrapment? >> entrapment arguing the defendant was a patsy. a tool for the government or the fbi agents who wanted to commit the crime. that is a difficult defense to make out. >> reporter: the jury gets together again on monday to deliberate and decide this case. if the four men are found
