so she's been able to follow along -- >> go sheri. looking good and look at robin. >> yes we've got modifications from all levels. >> how many reps >> we do three rounds around the world to the one side and then three to the left. and then we move onto the next exercise a wide leg open toed squat come down and lift up into a calf raise lower down and stand back up ten repetitions. and you can see sheri is cutting out the squat because this is low impact but still working the calves, the gluts and quads. >> and robin is going all in >> yes, how you feeling ladies >> woo woo. >> i like it >> and then our third exercise is a curtsy. i encourage all the people in our group to really take a bow and celebrate themselves every day. we have the lunge and then into a knee lift. sheri is just doing the knee lift she's still working on balance
