jeopardize other investigations that the officer worked on. and a video released by police, the chief personally walked the officer out of the building and off the job. the 32-year-old, a four year veteran was arrested and charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure for an incident in april. according to a report released by the da, dominguez was one of three officers responding to a san jose home. the call was a mentally ill family member being violent. dominguez sent two officers to look for the men and allegedly he masturbated in front of the mother and her 23-year-old daughter. they would leave the house quickly and the actions were reported to other officers. the allegations were strongly criticized by the chief and district attorney. are lelong- term revocations.far-reaching implications, both for this officer and for the cases he has worked on, and it icts by s
