yesterday morning. someone saw another person slumped at a bench and called police. officers found a 48-year-old man dead at the intersection of el camino and hillsdale boulevard. police are asking anyone who was driving in the area to please give them a call. they are also encouraging drivers with cameras mounted to their cars to review footage if they were driving in the area at the time. and huge numbers demonstrate for women's reproductive rights. protest big and small took place from sacramento to washington, d.c.. it started at the national mall and ended at the steps of the united states supreme court. a draft opinion shows the justices could overturn roe versus wade in an upcoming ruling. this days after the u.s. senate failed to approve a

something this son and daughter have gotten good at. today in the bay. how is it looking for the bay to breakers ? >> we will see the wind a factor but we are not tracking rain. we have fog and we are starting in the 50s this morning . we bump up to the 60s by 11:00 a.m.. the run starts at 8:00 and it will gradually get warmer, but not by much. by 11:00 or 12:00, we will be in the mid 60s and then the wind will kick up around 1:00. i think this is cool and comfortable running weather, but you will need a jacket if you watch it to enjoy. and the rest of the bay area, we start in the 50s and eventually we climbed to the 70s

another hurt after a gunman opened fire at a grocery store in buffalo, new york. in 18-year-old, payton gendron dressed in tactical gear opened fire on shoppers. he streamed it on social media and that video was taken down. he had two guns that appear to have racial slurs etched on them. all of the victims were black. >> this was pure evil and straight up racially motivated and a hate crime. from someone outside of our community and from outside the city of good neighbors as the mayor said. trying to inflict evil upon us. >> reporter: police have not released the identities of those killed. we have video of gendron in court . the district attorney accused him of shooting
