breaks. you can see a few cones here a few minutes ago. my now, i am on the northbound side. things should be moving smoothly once again. we have some wind out of the past. back to you. developing now, deadly officer involved shooting in san francisco is under investigation this morning. it happened at mariposa and owens, not far from mission bay. it happened while officers were raised wanted to and abrogate aggravated associate. one man died at the scene, and another was transferred to the hospital. there are no further details at this time. will bring you more information as soon as it becomes available. a beloved restaurant owner is being remembered. he was shot and killed right outside of his popular filipino eatery, in front of his son.

today, we spoke with his sister about violence and loss. >> i am in shock. i loved him so much. i will miss him. his sister likes to use the words kind and caring when describing her brother, jun anabo . he was shot and killed in front of the restaurant he co-owned, called lucky 37. he and december closing shop. >> it was at the end of the shift. my brother was putting things in the car. he sees it. he hears the shots. he ran behind something, so he can be seen. >> his son is asking why somebody shot his father. people who were mourning brought flowers. they brought filipino food to the area. >> our goal, when we open the

restaurant was to get back to the community, and change this community. the community was not talking to each other before. when we got here, we made people want to come here. this was their home. i'm actively selling them for evidence. they are not saying anything about a motive for the killing. one cast member said that jun anabo purchased a truck. chp repossessed it because it was stolen . detectives are looking as if that could be a connection to the shooting. >> when it comes to the crime in oakland, it is out of control. we need more police officers on the street.>> reporter: jun anabo 's girlfriend was there shortly after the shooting holding his hand . i feel the same, the world is in a dark place. he loves his son unconditionally. that was like his best

it is mostly 25 to 35 mile-per- hour winds around the bay area. we have extremely low humidity. i would like to take you through the afternoon with a look at the road to humidity, showing how quickly wildfires can spread. look how dry the area is in the east bay and the north bay. the relative humidity drop down to 5% in the middle of the afternoon. we had to be really careful. no sparks or anything that can set vegetation on fire, as it continues to dry out even more with the gusty winds. we have a live look outside as you had outside. the temperature is 30 degrees. as we go into today, we will see temperatures headed for the upper 60s and low 70s. it will hit its peak at 79 degrees. once again, the main factor is how low the humidity is. temperatures are still above normal, reaching the mid 80s for santa rosa.

we have 79 degrees in fremont and san jose. tomorrow, we have more of the same. our temperatures will start to creep up a little bit more in the inland areas. the dry weather continues. next week, it looks like we should see some cold fronts moving in. the rain will be close to us by next weekend. hopefully we can get some of that. as of now, the strong track stays to the north. our temperatures reach into the upper 80s and low 90s. it is getting hot next week as we continue with above normal temperatures for the valley. san francisco is a mild. we have highs in the upper 60s and low 70s. this is much better compared what we will see for the inland areas. you are keeping an eye on a crash that just popped up? that's right. we are looking at the san rafael camera. this is southbound. is going down toward lincoln.

allegations of sexual misconduct. we told you the report about officer matthew dominguez, accused of a lewd act in front of a mother and daughter. >> another woman said she was groped by the same officer during a dui arrest.>> reporter: when matthew dominguez walked off the job by the police chief after being arrested for indecent exposure, questions were raised about how the right impact previous police cases involving the four year veteran officer. now, a woman who asked not to be identified, talk to us after finding out he was the arresting officer in her dui incident in december. semi-key very blatantly groped my left breast. i remember telling his partner, officer dominguez has just groped me. he tried to pass it off as helping me with my seatbelt. to make the woman's attorney discussed the groping incident
