and 90 in santa rosa. tomorrow the temperatures will spike to 97 in san jose, 104 in fairfield and livermore reaching 103, and 101 in santa rosa. san francisco will be in the low 80s. comes down to a few degrees for some spots will still be very hot in the valleys. at the same time more humidity will be coming in. this is what's happening. we start to see the monsoonal moisture surge and for arizona. some will make it into southern california, we can see the green indicating the water vapor. that shows that boost in humidity that could spark off thunderstorms for the sierra. and sometimes with the kind of weather set up we see is dry lightning which is basically thunderstorms without the rain. we still get lightning strikes and that can start new fires. we are concerned about wednesday into thursday. but it will just be humid and hot for much of the bay area. into the weekend we have upper
