create a price cap on russian oil. now, if you remember, part of the punishment of russia for invading ukraine has been trying to limit the sale of russian petroleum products, gas and oil and other fossil fuels now, this has been a big proble time, they're trying to punish russia to try to gleedeplete ita machine and also raising prices worldwide and contributing to a massive increase in inflation and even as russia's oil exports have fallen, the price of oil globally has inscenesed which means their revenues has increased. in fact, this has had an opposite effect on russian efforts to try to bring their gas and oil to market. now with this punishment and others that we're starting to see come out including that ban of russian gold, on a global level, we could really begin to see more of these punishments really hitting moscow.
