>> good monday morning, looking live outside of the san mateo bridge, mike has his eye on the traffic, tracking the forecast, how are we looking? >> started out the week hot inland, but we've ceded a much more of a marine layer and force and we see morning clouds and fog over san jose and we are starting out with those typical clouds that we see during the summer days. as you're heading out to work in pleasant hill there are upper 50s, a nice cool start to the morning, but temperatures once again start to heat up quickly. and it 10:00 we are at 71, still comfortable, mid-70s at

11:00. you see the trend as we head towards the upper 80s and low 90s towards much of the east bay. 97 to fairfield but compare that to 66 that we will see in san francisco and novato today headed for 87, while oakland will reach a high of 75. tomorrow much more of the same where the valleys are still hot reaching into the 90s, and san jose seeing a high of 87, still above normal, santa rosa tomorrow reaching 92. and on wednesday a wide range interpreters, slightly cooler and some spots. high pressure will start to move away allowing for a low to come into the coastline. and this brings more of a northerly wind, much more of a notion influence, wringing that cooler air that we are seeing right now over the pacific into the bay area. let me show you the temperatures, livermore we start out the week with highs
