water rescue mission in odesa, on the banks of the black sea, you'll find four friends having fun bringing a little joy to a lot of people in the midst of a very tough time even in the middle of a war, these guys can bring a smile to your face. and the veterinarian is smiling a lot because where her four dolphins go she follows no matter where, when, or war >> this is luna, zata, billy, and marta. >> reporter: all four breaking in their new home at the odesa dolphin area. >> what is she saying right now? >> i think she says she likes you. >> luna, it's nice to meet you, too. you're pretty cool. >> reporter: but there was nothing to like last spring when missile strikes started hitting her home aquarium in kharkiv

one cracking the building. >> they could hear it and feel the impact. >> yeah. >> reporter: dadia was stressed too. even when she heard the plan, load up each dolphin in special trucks and drive them to odesa, a ten hour drive doubled >> do you think they knew they were going to a safer place? >> absolutely. >> what was the most important things to make sure they stayed safe on the drive. >> i need to control their breathing. should be very calm and i should control their temperature by this fins. >> reporter: you can see everyone finished the epic road trip just fine >> all the ukrainian people love the animals and we're really happy that we can help the dolphins. >> reporter: after you made the journey from kharkiv and they were okay. how did that feel? >> i don't know how to describe the feelings but we were happy

our dolphins were happy. >> reporter: a happy ending for these four and one of their guardian angels in a place still fighting for one of its own. it was nothing short of a miracle they were able to pull this off without any major problems this was so successful that they're considering using the same method with another group that needs a lot of help right now. there are a group of whales in kharkiv as we speak that need to be brought to safety that city still under shelling but as of right now, that group of whales is hanging in there. >> what a remarkable story, morgan thanks so much for bringing that t to us. it's incredible to think of how harrowing that drive is. >> joe has pop start coming up as well. >> coming up next, fans rejoice after beyonce what she did best with her newest album going right to the top it's after this.
