unprecedented demands. and now to the follow-up of the story we told you about yesterday. protesters outside of laguna hospital hoping they could con convints convince the leaders to keep the facility open. it is closed because it failed to meet standard sanitation, laundering and recordkeeping, but the protesters say they can fix those thing, and laguna is a ability to keep it open, and they feel that the transfer of the patients is a real trauma for the patients. >> looking at the numbers, and if they are correct, between 5 and 9 people have died. >> the protesters are saying they are not giving up until they know that san francisco hospital is going to remain open for good.

or 2:00, upper 80s, and expect upper 80s in the south bay. we will also be monitoring bay where we will get breezy bays in the corridors of the 15 to 20-plus miles per hour in the afternoon. any time we see the warmer temperatures paired with the wind, it is going to bring elevated fire danger, because we have seen a number of brushfires breaking out. as far as the air quality goes, and if you are out and about, it is going to be a fun day after all, and take some break, but we will see the good to mod cat air quality for the east bay, and some of the moderate spots are going to be moderate to santa clara valley and the moderate range as well, and looking ahead to the work week, things are going to be hotter, and into the 90s and triple digits in fairfield, and then around the coast and the bay it will be moderate breezes. tuesday, excessive heat for the

east bay valleys and dry hills. and san jose is going to climb into the 90 to 91 degrees and doubling to 96, and triple digits through concord and livermore as well. by wednesday, an increase of the clouds and the valleys will be in the 90s and triple digits, but be careful if you travel to any of the areas inland or norcal valleys, we will be up to potentially 110 degrees. this is going to bring the dangerous valley heat tuesday to thursday, and you will definitely want to reduce the outdoor activity bringing an increase for heat-related illnesses headed into tuesday and wednesday and thursday. we will see a boost into the mid-level moisture, and we will see a increase of moisture chances, and not a lot of changes in the rain for us, but looking into the changes of san francisco, and things will warm

cannot legally mandate. this week, the masks are not mandatory inside of the school, but theyare recommended if the covid risks are high. and now, climate change is making rainstorms more intense as well. a new study published this week said that the rainstorm that we had last october is a teaser for what is more to come. this is from 2021, and you may recall all of the flooding it caused. climatologists say if the temperatures are warmer that instead of snow, we could see 60 inches of rain, and it could flood the delta and rivers and streams in the area, and that combined with a surge could cause widespread catastrophic flooding. well, this past week produced a bitter fight between former president donald trump, and the department of justice over the material that the fbi seized at his mar-a-lago home.

judge who gave the warrant was also appointed by donald trump, and so anybody think there was hanky-panky here. >> and how did they get probable cause, because they said there was no more historical documents stored there, and so why was it believed there? >> they went to the judge, because they were told that the documents were gone, an informants said that there were many boxes, and so once you believe that there is something there, and you believe it, then kaboom, you go to the judge, and you say, we believe it is there, and we have information saying that it is there, and give us permission to get these materials, and these permission
