it's monday. >> you said who is ready, we didn't answer. >> not a lot of hands went up. >> good morning to you. thanks for joining us. i'm laura garcia. >> and i'm scott mcgrew. marcus washington has the day off. let's start your day, your week, with the forecast. basically a repeat of yesterday. that's what mike was asking me. how is it looking today? like yesterday. it is nice. we are starting out with fog in san francisco this morning and a look at today's high temperatures reaching 68 degrees in the city and some low 80s as you move to the north bay. novato and santa rosa, 82 degrees. a high of 79 in san jose. upper 80s for livermore and we're still hitting 90 degrees in fairfield today. so you can see the temperatures ranging from 60s to 90 and this is the kind of weather we'll see continue, so i'll have more on that in a few minutes. mike, you are looking at the bridge span. >> the bay bridge span. low clouds are hovering around.

we may have some fog for you. no surprises here. we do have a smooth drive. i've been watching all these. the flashing lights heading into the treasure island, a disabled vehicle inside where you see the light. speed sensors, we're checking on them. they're all right so far. the disabled vehicle on the san francisco side as you get ready to exit that tunnel. we'll watch that. i'll give you lane information as chp updates us. right now bridge crews are heading out there. no problem the rest of the bridges, an easy drive out of the altamont drive and contra costa county to the north of there. the south bay a smooth flow of traffic as well. back to you. >> thank you, mike. an east bay community is mourning a man killed in an apparent road rage incident. >> rienhart asuncion was shot last sunday. gathered with dozens of others to mourn his friend's death at the san lorenzo intersection where he was killed one week ago. >> you always hear this stuff on the news, someone has been shot, road rage, and then to have it happen, someone that you know, to one of your friends, it's horrible. >> reporter: rienhart's family showed their heartbreak, too. >> this is tragic what happened to my son. >> reporter: according to witnesses right in these lanes where he got into a road rage incident with another vehicle and was shot and died of his injuries. that vehicle fled off in the other direction to 880. information on a suspect or suspects hasn't been released. >> everybody needs to stop with the violence. something like this didn't need to happen. >> the people that live in this community -- >> reporter: the group moms demand action and concerned neighbors all called for the public to not become

desensitized to tragedies like this. >> in this last week this wasn't the only death in this community. there were several other families who lost loved ones to gun violence right here in alameda county. >> reporter: the alameda county sheriff's office says they are confident they will find justice for rienheart's family. alyssa goard, "today in the bay." police in the east bay following leads after a father and son were killed in a double stabbing in hayward. about 4:00 police were called to a fight inside a home near lund avenue. officers found two men unconscious who had been stabbed. both died at the scene.
