it did trigger a tsunami warning but only within about a 200-mile radius. this is new video from inside one of the tongan hotel rooms there. you can hear the faint sound of sirens. many evacuated to higher land, but there's no report yet of any damage in the area. now time to move things closer to home. meteorologist kari hall taking a look at what we can expect here in the bay area and still a very cold start to the day. once again, we've had these mornings all weeklong. it continues today especially in the north bay where temperatures are dropping down into the mid-30s and we're seeing some patchy, dense fog moving around spots like santa rosa and novato and we will see a mix of sun and clouds today and overall another cool one but some of us make it at least a couple of degrees warmer compared to yesterday reaching 62 in novato and 60 in
