as the travel levels are hitting prepandemic levels. look, the authorities here at newark are expecting the travel here at the airport to exceed 19 levels between now, and january 2nd, and expecting around 11 million people to come around the tristate levels and the tunnels and the bridges, and it is airports and also on the roads, and the folks we are meeting here are very worried about getting to where they need to be on christmas. take a look at what we heard. >> we were originally going to leave at 8:00 this evening, and then we kind of saw the weather was getting worse and worse, and then alaska airlines does not have a ton of flights out of newark, and i got lucky and hit refresh and four seats in a different airplane showed up, and so i booked them. >> guys in the movies, it is always looking romantic and

12:06 pm
below zero, and the biggest concern from here on out, besides the flash freeze and the windchill, as our storm is strengthening, and you have heard the term "bomb cyclone" that is where we will get the winds tonight, and especially saturday morning, and now, buffalo is producing a 72-mile-an-hour wind gust which is enough to produce structural damage. the snow totals off of the lakes are going to be the highest, and buffalo is saying, 30 to 36 inches of snow, and so if you want to talk about crippling, historic event from buffalo, you have to make it to saturday, and then things will improve. >> thank you, bill cairns, and shaq brewster in indiana. thank you. and now, president zelenskyy is back in ukraine after his historic visit to the u.s. he also today met with the polish counterparts to discuss the strategic counterparts in

12:09 pm
how people involved with the effort to overturn the election really did not want to cooperate with this committee, but then there was also cassidy hutchinson's testimony who was very forth coming talking about the aspects she had with her time in the white house, and also the pressure campaign put on her by people close to the former testimony. prior to the testimony, she talked about a talk she had with her mother, and she said that she knew that i was looking for attorneys, and she said, isn't this great that they connected with you someone, and she said, no, i am completely indebted to these people, and they will ruin my life, mom, if i don't do anything they don't want me to do. and joe, the committee was concerned about that pressure put on cassidy hutchinson and she ultimately went with a different lawyer. >> and the committee chair benny thompson talked about cooperating with the justice department, and in a exclusive interview with symone sanders
12:10 pm
with msnbc, what did you see? >> they were reluctant to hand over information to the justice department, and this is what he is saying now. >> there were people that we deposed that justice had not deposed. there were electors in various states that justice could not find. we found them. >> you found them? >> yes, we found them, and we deposed them. so we had a lot of information, but now we will make that information available to them. >> and of course, those transcripts are being released, but what we are waiting on is the final report that was supposed to be out yesterday and then sometime today, and as of now, joe, it is not released. >> ryan nobles on capitol hill, thank you. and breaking news from new york city, ex-ftx founder bankman-fried is released to

12:12 pm
they said that it is based because he agreed not to fight extradition and come back to the u.s. and the defense also said that he is not a flight risk, although that is a concern that some might have, but that is where we are. it is an amazing scene just to see him leave here after a brief court hearing. he is due back here or due back in the next hearing on january 3rd. he is apparently going to appear remotely from northern california, but that is to be determined. >> ron allen in lower manhattan, thank you. nfl sunday has a new home on streaming and salary expectations for americans is on the rise. >> we have martha with the latest on the money minute. >> let's start with the google usage rights. google is going to be host the nfl package and directv does not
