the weekend. the white house has admitted some obama-era classified documents were found back in november in a washington office mr. biden used after his vice presidency they found more in a locked garage and in an adjacent room at his delaware home the president's allies argue he did everything by the book while former president trump refused to turn over classified documents stored at his florida estate. >> what is the proper thing for a former president to do if he finds that there are government documents or classified documents in his possession? and my understanding is they did the right thing by immediately alerting the archives and turning them over. >> the administration hasn't been transparent about what's going on with president biden's possession of classified documents. it seems political here.

it seems hypocritical. it seems like a double standard. >> reporter: let's provide a little context to the two situations both being investigated by special prosecutors. president biden has turned over about 20 documents with one marked "top secret." president trump had about 300, 25 marked with "top secret." the fbi seized those from trump's home after he refused to turn them over to the national archives voluntarily. >> all right, chris, thank you. we turn now to breaking news out of alabama where a 21-year-old university of basketball player was charged with capital murder. he was charged after a shooting in tuscaloosa left one woman dead two were involved in the shooting investigators believe the incident was the result of an argument and the suspect shot into the victim and another

man's vehicle. both are being held without bound. the university says he's no longer part of the basketball team and the school is cooperating with the investigation. now to a tragedy in the college football field a star player for the university of georgia and team staffer died in a car crash hours after they celebrated their victory nbc's jesse kerch has more. >> reporter: fans cheering on the team in a champions parade but police say an offensive lineman for the team, 21-year-old devin will lock and the team staffer chandri lacroix died after their car hit a tree. lacroix died at a nearby hospital the bulldogs' head coach writing, we're all heart broken

a farm in south carolina has gone to great lengths to get their little goat galloping again. jennifer has our story >> there she is. >> reporter: at the soundof he name, princess aurora happily makes her way through the field. >> she's 2 years old and she's pretty spoiled. >> reporter: but for aurora life didn't start easy. >> when she was born, her mother was a first-time mom, and she didn't really know how to care
