information center, and weare expecting to hear from the sheriff on critical information of what took place. the gunman has not been officially identified by the investigators yet, and we do know that he is either a current or former employee of the bank, and the motive is unknown at this hour. we are still waiting to hear what type of gun he used in the shooting, but however, the witnesses have described him as carrying a long gun of some sort when he engaged with the police via multiple shots, and it is unknown if the police took his life or if he took his own life. the podium here should be filled momentarily right now, but one of the big questions is his relationship to the bank. we are hoping to learn more there, and i can tell you that there is a wide perimeter set up around where this shooting took place. we had a chance to hear from kentucky governor bashir earlier today who shared that one of the four victims killed in the

trying to take the case to the court of appeals, and it is the 5th circuit which tends to be conservative, and it is difficult to know how they rule. the language is very striking. in daneyko's request he to the 5th circuit, it says that the court's mandatory injunction is an assault on a regulatory process that has served the public for decades. so what it means is they want to set pause on the order, and because there is a deadline for later in the week, they want pause, and allow everyone to have a say, and then you would see it play out. if the 5th circuit does that, administratives say that it does not mean that the justice department has won, but it is going to give everyone an opportunity to have their say and let it play out in the court. >> we have seen challenges to

the abortion rights for decades now, but in some areas, this is seeming is like it is unchartered territory here, and is this different from the legal action that we have seen the so-called pro right movement take in the past? >> it is completely different, because they are attacking the approval guidelines, and obviously, abortion is essential for abortions and also mostly managing miscarriages. if the validity is thrown in doubt, it could not be used in that case either. and if this is thrown out, it is casting approval for any drug, and this is why the biden administration is so worried about it. >> so two questions of the likelihood of the supreme court getting involved, and two different rulings, which makes it seem that it is going to go to supreme court, and tell us how likely that is, and in the

court of roe v. wade being overturned, it goes back to the officials, and this is a different constitutional right, and different basis of abortion rights, so what do you expect it is going to go to the supreme court? >> very likely, and you are seeing it in the motion pap frers justice department and damco, and if you don't move fast on this, we are going to the supreme court, and they say it explicitly in the papers. i wonder if strategically if they are worried that the supreme court wants to know what they would do, and they said send it back to the states, and not that they wanted a nationwide ban on this, and you are the best working on these stories around the clock.
