oakland. this is video where you can see bullet holes on the truck. it's not yet clear if the driver died of the gunshot wounds of the crash. as of right now, lakeshore avenue off-ramp is closed but the lanes on the freeway are now reopened. so far there is no word if any arrests have been made or if there's a motive. we will have more on that coming up in just a bit. we are also looking at the forecast. >> yeah, temperatures in the upper 40s in oakland and only 49 in napa. we also had gusty winds. here's a look at our high temperatures for today. reaching 66 in mountain view, and 60 in san francisco.
