replacement for attorney general ken paxton, who was suspended interest that position following his impeachment by the texas state house last weekend in a statement announcing the appointment, abbott praised scott for his past experience if government, but didn't refer to paxton by name or comment on his legal situation. oklahoma's state supreme court has struck down two laws banning abortion, but there is still a law from 1910 that takes place, still in place that makes abortion illegal in the state in most cases, with the exceptions of reserving the life of the mother the court decided that the new laws violated the constitution because it required doctors to wait for an active medical emergency before performing the procedure. the laws that were struck down also allowed people to sue someone who performed an abortion an attorney is calling for the camden county jail in georgia to be investigated by the department of justice. harry daniels held a press conference with two men who described being beateng beaten

maybe even a little tidier but it's not this that raised concern. 17 years later, it has the michigan supreme court stepping in according to court documents, in 2007, the township first raised a legal challenge to the number of cars kept on the property the homeowner prevailed. a decade later, following up on concerns, the township tried something that might have cross add legal line to get a better view of what was happening here out of plain sight court documents suggest that the township hired a drone operator to get evidence that he was in violation. those 2017 and 2018 flights generated visual evidence that maxen and his legal team say crossed a fourth yamendment line of illegal searches. he claimed that the vehicles weren't visible from the ground, and today they really aren't from north long lake road. and that using a drone was an
