flooding notice where the cold front goes, all the way down to the south. we have some heavy rain falling through portions of the south as well near atlanta with the bright reds, the oranges, the yellow, showing us the heavy rain is falling. then to the northeast, we're looking at the heavy rain falling too. throughout mainly parts of new england. that will be the story as we go throughout monday. this is going to linger into tuesday a well as the cold front moves slowly into canada we're looking locally up to 5 inches where you see the bright color, including burlington, vermont, the chance for very heavy rainfall oversaturated ground that's going to lead to the chance for flash flooding. we could see intense rainfall rates, up to 2 inches an hour. that's going to leave some flooding in some spots we'll watch the cold front throughout the day also tomorrow a chance for showers. also watching the chance for severe storms in the middle of the country. we'll talk more about that coming up. >> see you in a bit. thank you, michelle. >> sure. president biden is in london this morning, where he is scheduled to meet with both prime minister rishi sunak and king charles after his visit to the uk, the

issues, but it is unclear if he has been evaluated by mental health professional. we also have an update on the july 3rd mass shooting that happened in philadelphia police say they believe the suspect, kimbrady carriker killed his first victim about 44 hours before the attack when he started firing at people in the street officials say there were reports of shots fired in the area of joseph wamah's home on july 2nd, but officers were sent to the wrong location it's unclear if this victim had a connection to that suspect carriker has been charged with five counts of murder, and he is expected back in court on july 24th one person was killed and 15 more injured following a wrong-way crash between a car and a bus in chicago sunday morning. the collision ended with the car catching on fire and the male driver and the female passengers were taken to local hospitals where one of the passengers was later pronounced dead. police say they have no information about why the car's driver was going the wrong way the stage is officially set
