indictment included new charges against the former president as well as his aide walt nauta. >> we're closely watching two election interference investigations. special counsel smith's grand jury is expected to meet tomorrow in washington, d.c., and in georgia, fani willis said her offices ready to go, quote, with charging documents. danny, let's start with you here. carlos de oliveira didn't enter a plea because he didn't have a local lawyer, that's the same thing we saw happen with walt nauta last month. how can that affect the case? >> a small delay and often times especially in state court, the defendant doesn't have privately retained counsel by the time of the arraignment this is a good example, the arraignment happens just days after the indictment
