that is the severe category and notmoderate. it can be a medical emergency. >> dr. azar, it is not for everyone who might be breast feeding. why is that? >> joe, the short answer is for mild-to-moderate depression, traditional treatments and interventions are still appropriate. that would include psychotherap an aanti-depressmedication. some women who are have suicidal thoughts or thoughts of hurting their child which becomes an emergency. today, there is not enough evidence to support safety in breast feeding. women on the two-week course of treatment are advised to use contraception during that time and for at least a week after stopping the medicine as it can

coral reefs are super sized communities of these creatures, all living together. they support the lives of other animals. how? think of a coral reef like a big apartment building for all types of sea life. >> small fish, big fish, crabs or when animals want to hide from predators, they have a place to go and hide, or animals can lay their eggs when you snorkel on a reef and look at the corals, where you see corals, you'll most likely see vibrant, diverse, beautiful fish swimming and living throughout the coral reef. >> reporter: australia's great barrier reef is the largest coral reef in the world. number two is a reef in the caribbean sea called the meso american reef. the third biggest is right here at home, off the coast of florida. >> it's 360 miles long, almost exactly as how long the state of new york is. this directly supports marine life, but also people's livelihoods.

>> reporter: coral reefs are resilient and adaptable, but the recent heat wave is impacting their ability to survive water temperatures in florida this summer hit over 100 degrees, as hot as a jacuzzi sa ocean temperatures are putting stress on the coral, sparking widespread bleaching, which is when the coral loses its color and gets very sick. >> humans' normal temperature is 98 degrees when you're healthy how do you feel if your temperature is raised by two degrees and you have a fever of 100 or 102 you don't feel very good, right? this is what's happening similar to our corals. the water temperature is raising by multiple degrees and they have so-called a fever they cannot tolerate that stress, so they're dying at a very quick rate. >> reporter: marine scientists are worried. teams like the coral restoration foundation are bringing coral out of the ocean and into aquariums on land to protect
