grossmann with another look at idalia's lingering dangers . >> we are looking at dangerous storm surge, rough seas. heavy, heavy rain falling, the chance for tornados and gusty winds. we're still seeing a tropical storm impacting parts of the carolinas. anywhere from four to eight inches on top of what they've already gotten, that could lead to flash flooding. also destructive winds remember the ground is so really wet. that could bring down power lines and trees leading to more power outages. anywhere from 30, 40, 50 miles per hour and the chance for dangerous storm surge, up to two to four feet in some spots, and that storms. we're looking at showers and
