month of july, but a lot slower than the months earlier in the year when we were seeing in some cases seeing more than 250,000 jobs added in a single month. economists are saying that is more of a breakneck speed and what we're seeing now is more consistent with a normal growing economy and we're watching what is happen welcome the unemployment rate ticking up to 3.8%, and there are some groups, likes for example the hispanic population saw an increase, even more substantial in their unemployment rate as welch and that is what we will have to watch in the months to come. >> and quickly, you can tell us what is driving the unemployment rate? >> it is interesting, when it comes to the unemployment rate, it could be a factor, whether there are more people that are not working, but it could also be an increase in the people looking for work, which is a good thing. you have some economists say that was likely the case in august, so that partially explained the uptick of the unemployment rate, to 3.8% but to see it below 4% is very historically low. >> we'll take it. a win is a win. >> a win's a win. >> that's right. >> brian, thank you.
