video, the former police officers accused of beating tyre nichols to death are facing federal charges, including use of excessive force and witness tampering. they already face second degree murder charges in state court. all have entered not guilty pleas. tyre nichols was stopped for what the memphis cops called reckless driving he was kicked and beaten and pepper sprayed and died trin the hospital three days later. if convicted all five could face life in prison lawyers for the family hope the charges give the family hope as they grieve the cdc has signed off on a new vaccine recommending that anyone six months and older should receive the shots they are targeting new variants and it comes after a surge in late summer covid cases. the shots are expected to be
