weapons and technology deal. it came after south korea and japan reported that the north fired two possible ballistic missiles into the sea of japan no damage or injuries have been reported the prisoner swap between the u.s. and iran is moving forward. the deal months in the making involves the exchange of five american citizens imprisoned in iran for the five iranian nationals detained in the u.s., as well as giving iran access to $6 billion in oil revenues blocked by u.s. sanctions. in an exclusive interview, nbc's lester holt spoke with the president of iran through a government-provided translator, to talk about the deal and how the country will use this money. >> translator: this money belongs to the islamic republic of iran, and naturally, we will decide, islamic republic of iran will decide to spend it wherever we need it >> despite that president's comments, the agreement says
