popular radio host dj mb says he is the victim of a scam. now one of his long-time partners is accused of defrauding millions of dollars from investors valerie gosk reports, it's dj envy. >> reporter: dj envy now distancing himself from an alleged multimillion-dollar scam federal agents arresting his long-time friend and one-time business partner caesar pina in p.j. accusing him of a ponzi-like real estate scheme that allegedly defrauded investors out of millions. pinna has pleaded not guilty and has not responded to an nbc news request for comment. >> i started with no money, and here i am $50 million in real estate. >> reporter: pinna often appeared on the breakfast club with millions of listeners and youtube subscribers to promote real estate investment he also held senaminars.
