"early today" starts right now good morning, i'm frances rivera. >> and i'm phillip mena. we begin with the urgent international push to get more help to the civilians in gaza. an emergency meeting of the united nations security council has been called for today to call for a ceasefire so more humanitarian aid can get in. and president biden spent his sunday making calls, trying to get more assistance into the war-torn enclave nbc's brie jackson joins us now from d.c brie, good morning what do we know about the diplomatic efforts being made there from washington?
