former memphis police officer desmond mills jr. will plead guilty to a federal charge of violating the civil rights of nicholls. that's according to the attorney. all five officers involved have pleaded not guilty. nicholls died three days after a traffic stop during which the officers were seen on camera beating him. turning to a break through on renewable energy. res researchers have developed a way to generate electricity similar to the way hydrogen or methanol are used. they are scaled to power individual homes. they even envision using this on a broader industrial or grid scale. now to arizona where baseball's road warriors face scored the biggest win in

now a federal grand jury has indicted first officer jonathan dunne with using a dangerous weapon to assault and intimidate the captain, telling the captain he'd be shot multiple times if he diverted the flight due to a passenger's medical event. dunne was trained and certified to carry a gun as a tsa flight deck officer. captain john cox was also certified. >> the people that were really heavily into im''going to save the world, they didn't make it through. >> reporter: the indictment comes off an off-duty alaska airlines pilot riding in a cockpit jump seat last week allegedly tried to shut down the engines on a passenger plane. joseph emerson has pleaded he was in a mental health crisis and had consumed psychedelic
