mena >> i'm frances rivera. we again in gaza where israeli troops say they're conducting a targeted response to a hospital. they say hamas is using tunnels underneath hospitals to hide in and keep hostages. palestinian health officials deny that allegation meanwhile, the situation inside the al shifa hospital is reaching catastrophic levels chapman bell joins us now with more good morning, chapman. what's the latest on the conditions there >> reporter: good morning, frances. as you say, catastrophic conditio i mean, things have been dire for days, and no sign of improvement, really, with gaza's mane h main hospital no longer functioning, according to the w.h.o. they've had no food, no water, no power for days, and this as dozens of babies who are struggling for incubators in a neonatal unit where we've seen

deaths already, there are estimates that 180 women inside the gaza strip give birth every day. israeli defense forces say they're trying to bring in mobile incubators to transfer these babies to other hospitals, but the hospital officials say they've receive nod firm offer this comes as biden has said hospitals must be protected in the gaza strip hough, the u.s. says there's evidence that there is a command-and-control center node and as well as weapons storages inside al shifa hospital now this, of course, has been denied by hospital officials and hamas. however, israel, as you said, has undertake and precise and targeted raid in al shifa hospital that they say is still ongoing to explore these, this evidence hamas saying that it is israel and biden are fully responsible for israel's storming of the hospital however, we've yet to see what the outcome of this will be.

there is children trapped on the bus. >> we didn't know it was children we found out later, i mean, that's even harder >> reporter: it happened on a busy i-70 east of columbus wcmh reporting that they were on their way to a conference. >> this is our worst nightmare when we have a bus full of children involved in a crash >> reporter: the ohio state highway patrol says the crash involving five vehicles total sent 18 people to the hospital, 15 of them children. authorities declining to release names, adding they're working to reach families investigators closed the interstate, diverting traction for traffic for hours >> we have to break down what exactly caused the crash >> reporter: the superintendent of the school calling the news
