and demanded he empty the register. he reportedly forced the clerk and another employee into a back room where he shot and killed one of those clerks. the man was wearing red gloves, a bandanna over his face and dark clothing. family members have now confirmed to abc 15 a 16-year- old sibling is responsible for an attack at a north valley home that left a three-year-old that. this happened saturday night in youngtown. nick ciletti has more scene of that brutal attack. >> reporter: a teddy bear, candles and a toy truck now on the driveway of this house where a little boy took his last breath. >> i don't think anybody should have to go through something like that. >> reporter: the victim three years old. neighbors say he was stabbed to death and the one who did it may have been another child inside the home. sheriff homicide investigators aren't saying much, only that

they escape from their home as it was burning. even though there was no smoke alarms the fire started at this home your 14th st. and mckinley. one woman reportedly smelled smoke and got the other two out. the boy was taken to the hospital. he is expected to be okay. the family's dog survived some unfortunate, two cats were killed. litigators are working to find out exactly how it started. phoenix police officer forced to shoot a man. a couple got into a fight in their front yard your third street and mcdowell. a dog walk but got into a fight with a guy. that fight moved inside with the guys mother. when officers got to the home the man ignored their commands to stop fighting. we are told he also had a knife . officers shot one bullet. he is expected to recover. a family gathering gone wrong after debbie say a man shot a friend, took off and was found dead nearby. all of this near buckeye at 195th avenue. and him that.

welcome back. police are asking for your help solving a crime. you have to come to your co video. a man caught breaking into a phoenix asphalt company. once inside surveillance cameras show him getting a two wheeler in stealing about $25,000 worth of equipment. police say he hit this place twice. he took off on his bicycle pulling that two wheeler and stolen equipment right behind him. another video to check

right now in southern california hundreds are rushing to evacuate as wildfire kicks up. what started as a 30 acre brush fire in san bernardino national forest has grown to 1500 acres today. evacuations were issued yesterday afternoon in the summer valley area and a san bernardino callie about 400 firefighters are now battling the flames. it's not clear how the fire started. crews are battling the sabrina's wildfire. it is now 45% contained. more than 5000 crewmembers are still fighting the flames and 57 homes have been destroyed so far. people in that area have been warned they will be seeing more fire activity and the smoke is firefighters continue their burnout operations. if you're about to break
