and some believe it was self- defense. the victim was homeless and living here out of the car parked on 12th st. parked on 12th st. neighbors extremely frustrated think she would call 911 on them and people got fed up. neighbors say the woman needed help and she kept asking people if they were being held hostage. the officers that responded took her to get psychiatric help a few times but just after midnight things got out of hand. police say fight with the woman and neighbors say blomdahl told her to get off his property and when he did not he snapped. he shot the woman into neighbors and ran over the homeless woman 4 times and fled. >> it is sad. all of these lives destroyed because somebody that needed help cannot get the help they needed.
