the west valley you'll have the puddles to watch out for. it's the east valley where the roads still wet and we've already seen a few spots in the east valley picking up over half an inch of rain within the last hour. that is why we are under the flood advisory for the east valley true 6:00 this morning because of the rain they received this morning and the wet road you're going encounter on the way to work especially through the early morning commute. along the red mountain freeway where we'veee falling. pockets of heavier rain through mesa and west of gilbert road. along that loop 202 as the rain tracks northeast. parts of scottsdale getting rain. near rain tree drive along the northeast corner of the loop 101 where we're seeing heavy rain and lightning within thissed a az well. watch out for -- for that. you could get a little wet the

the east valley getting rain mp as you're waking with us. you're -- you'll encounter puddles certainly. the east valley is where we're seeing the lower clouds and that rain falling. are under a flood advisory for parts of the east valley. and there's a chance that could be extended for some spots especially the areas where we're seeing heavy rain. i'll keep your posted. in effect for another half hour. the heaviest rain falling at the intersection of the be line highway. that is where the heaviest rain is falling and lightning strikes within that as well. this all tracking to the northeast. that's going to mean a wet morning community here. mallry will have a check of the floedz a little bit. i want to show you another area of heavy rain between baseline elliott and warner east of green field road.
