going after a deadly shooting and near 22nd street in osbourne. the homeowner heard a knock at the door and told the roommate to call 911. while the roommate was on the phone, he heard a gunshot. that home owner is now dead. the neighbors believe the whole thing could have been caught on camera because they believe that property is covered request with 17 cameras. and video from mesa is a woman is cuffed near country club and may street. a man was shot after a possible drug deal gone is connected to the investigation. and a witness told police they saw a man leaving the area after the shots rang out. we have calls out for police, two police for an update on the victim's. and the suspect in the triple shooting in phoenix headed back to the valley. adam blondeall was taken into custody in winslow. he's accused of shooting and killing a woman and then two

how earlier you could see paestewa peak. it was coming down in scottsdale and we're tracking some of the showers in parts of the northeast valley and we have flood alerts, too, to talk about. the light green box leer is a flood advisory in affect until lunchtime. and we got flood warnings as well in those dark green boxes. those in affect until lunchtime as well. for the east valley and spots like queen creek. what that means, we could see some runoff on that could impact you as you're driving around up to and again, a void the flooded washes and flooded roadways. be on the lookout for that here. the water could still be an impact for you and the rain is still falling in northeast scottsdale right along state route 51, rather, heading up towards where dessert ridge is and in that northeast pocket of scottsdale. a heads up, you still have that rain coming and we have some more chances for rain as the day goes on, although the storm

we're not in the clear just yet. the east valley, though, catching a break after all of the storms here this morning and i am tracking a few spotty showers near gila bend. we have a new flood advisory from that area and it's been active across southeast pinole county. finally, those tomorrow iss are tapering off. notice, we have lingering flood warnings and advisories for those areas here as we head through afternoon as we can still see that ruoff issue. and now, storms are starting to fire off across the terrain in our state and northeast arizona, seeing an isolated storm up there and storms north of the 40 and north of flagstaff and northwest of arizona. all of the storms developing and slowly moving to the east- northeast here and they could produce pockets of heavy rain into this arch. so, still important to be on alert here the rest of today and into the phoenix metro. the best storm potential was this morning and we saw the scattered showers. the storm chances are grad rulely trending down.
