the case. so, searching for that rider right now. >> police are revealing more about a triple murder. >> new reports suggest the shooter is not acting alone. katie connor has been pouring through the new news. two people with the shooter, and the victim stephanie ellis and her 12 and angela leonard, they were all sitting in their car listening to music when they were killed. he was standing by the car with the driver side door open, and two passengers in the car. inside the victim's vehicle, police found shell casings and it nearby, $3000 in the car. the cause that money was not taken, detectives knew it was

overnight. the roads were shut down after a while, but they are back open now. >> getting recreational marijuana on the ballot is signed, sealed and delivered. there's a last ditch effort to put this on the ballot. opponents say the signature process was flawed, despite getting nearly 108,000 signatures more than needed, and also claim t doesn't accurately describe what the major will do. signatures also seem to be the problem for the push to increase minimum wage in our state. opponents claim 70,000 petition signatures were not gather the right way. some of those collecting the signatures were not registered with the state and they had issues with their filings. they even had felony convictions. the ruling on the signatures will come down on monday.

we look live with our phoenix children's hospital valley cam. it is nice and clear here this morning, and our son doesn't come up until about after 5:40 p.m. but once the sun is up, we are in for most the clear skies. we have mostly clear skies and dry weather across the state. perfect if you do still want to head outside and catch that meteor shower. it should be an impressive show, through about dawn, and now through dawn, you those meteors. in spots of course it is best if you get away from the city lights. and still, a perfect opportunity if you have some time. if you get outside and take some pictures or video, even better, share at abc 15.com or

so conditions are nice and dries it wide, and we are tapping into some drier air right now so the moisture we had in place all week long that makes things really muddy and brought the storms to the valley and to the state, we are starting to clear some of that moisture out. that will start to drop some of those storm chances. as we head into the weekend we will see high-pressure sitting in so that will keep the storms out of our forecast for weekend and it also means we will get some hotter temperatures over the next few days. today, there is a slight chance of storms along the muggy on ram, and the valley will stay quiet today. we will have to keep an eye on some of those foothills and our northern maricopa county, but, i have cleared out the storm

in the mountains in southeast arizona, the valley is still looking to stay dry. sunday also looking sunny and dry, and you will see that the forecast actually stays sunny and dry through tuesday of next week. it won't be until wednesday or thursday that we start to bump up the storm chances for the valley. for the high country, and quite are weekend on tap, with storm chances starting to go up monday through next week for them. temperatures get harder today because we are losing moisture. back in the hundreds this afternoon with phoenix heading 103. alley wide, those temperatures make it into the low 100 but you will notice that still, just the little bit below average this time of year so overall, not doing too bad. we will warm up to 93 degrees by 11:00 and 98 i 1:00. it won't be until about two that we feel those 100 sitting in and by 4:00, we reach the
