p.m. it's been a month since jesse wilson was last seen, and they're losing hope he'll be found alive. the fbi joined police and the sheriff's office in the search, and so did dozens of volunteers, but today buckeye police say the volunteers will no longer assist because it's likely the operation will recover a body, but neighbors say they're still holding out hope. >> i can't believe that, you know, he hasn't came back home an and you know i hope that he comes home, you know. i hope that the boy he's okay somewhere, and hopefully just scared, you know. >> buckeye police have a tip line open in the case. it's on our website, and you can call it. >> reporter: police in phoenix are looking for a person that hit a woman in a wheelchair with their car and simply took off leaving her to die in the street. it happened near 48th and

in the bike lane when she was hit. a good samaritan saw it happen and blocked off the street so she wouldn't get hit again. the woman in the wheelchair did not survive though. the police are looking for a dark colored truck, and look out for front end damage. the pinal county's sheriff office trying to get answers after a boy was found san tan valley home. the six month old was put down for a nap by a care giver at an in home day care, and 90 minutes later he wasn't breathing. the child had no obvious signs of trauma. the only red flag was exposed wood, nails and a dirty floor because the home was under renovation. and a couple police say swindled valley victims out of

indicted. they used a fake investment company and kept up the shame for five years. meantime an arizona marine may have to get used to life behind bars. prosecutors are recommending two and a half years in prison for his part in the wild life refuge stand off in oregon. he just pleaded guilty today and will be sentenced in may. and no decision from the judge on prop 205, the ballot measure in our state. we'll be watching for the ruling coming up tomorrow. some for an initiative to raise the state's minimum wage. it's not on the ballot yet. the judge trying to decide if the signatures were valid. the decision could raise the wage to $12 an hour by 2020. we've been watching this neighborhood in baton rouge flooded out, and officials fear this will only get even worse

as you may have heard the protests started after officers shot and killed a man after a traffic stop on saturday. that man was carrying a semiautomatic hand gun and refused to put it down according to police. booked into jail and no way to get out on bond. richard winn arrested after being involved in a swat situation in mesa. mcso says winn shot at his girlfriend. she wasn't hurt, but a canine officers was. he's expected to he was attacked by other dogs inside the home. he just had his car impounded by duis were then gets into more trouble. turns out the man urinated outside the peoria police department today, and that's not all. he walked inside still drunk and tried to pick up his car, but the next place he wasn't was straight to jail. >> reporter: you're taking a long trip, to you bring your car to a repair shop to make

in the bike lane alongside the fast traffic on 48th street, trying to hop back up on the curb but didn't make it before the pick up hit her, and now the police want to find the person that killed her. the woman's wheelchair crumpled and left for dead. >> she was a cat lover and loved the kids. >> reporter: and liked to roll her wheelchair down 48th street, but overnight a driver this a blue or red ford pick up hit the woman a good samaritan ran out. >> she was flag traffic down so the victim didn't get hit again by another vehicle. she was left there in the street to die with no medical aid from the driver, so we want to get them in custody before they do this again. >> reporter: neighbors are worried about the safety of the street in general. >> this street light here has been out almost a year. one up the street is out.
