interviewed the family. the family says that they don't have the resources to care for her, and her little brother together. so have to go to work. it takes the brother with them and leaves the girl behind. some people believe that the reason they leave the girl behind may have to do something with the bias in china. >> there's a situation where this little girl needs to be rescued from the family. >> a local children's organization was contacted, and ey >> this story, you see there that is being pushed through yards and as the camera pans over you see wood and debris just flying around in the air. >> is somebody in that car? trying to get away or is the wind pushing that car around, too? >> there's someone -- >> oh, my gosh. look at that crane just speeding down the track.
