investigating three separate scenes. they have not released the name of that victim yet. of course they've got to notify the family. nick, we are learning more about this house from neighbors. they are telling us about a month ago, they called 911 on this very same house because shots were fired at that time. now, this house is located just down the street. take a look at video we shot earlier. according to neighbors, this happened at about just before 3:30 this morning. several of the neighbors say they could happening just before they heard what sounded like a battle, a gun battle. >> it sounded right outside my window, so i jumped up and looked outside and all i hear as soon as i come outside is like they were really next door to me, all i hear is screaming, help me, help me. >> now, with several witnesses seeing two cars racing off from the scene, one of them was described as a white sedan. police did catch up with a

gunshot victim in the backseat. you're looking at video of two different scenes. this is where what spanned out from this house party, and one of the videos is 83rd and thomas avenue, and the other video where you see a gray car, off 57th avenue and grand. we're told that may be their suspects. they're not sure. they're still interviewing all of the passengers inside to see exactly what their connection was to this is off of 68th avenue and glendale. now, we're back here live where investigators have just arrived to the scene, and of course they're investigating exactly what took place here. we do know we have at least one person dead here at the scene and of course that person that was rushed to the hospital off 83rd avenue and thomas, we're told that he is still alive. in glendale, maryellen resendez, abc15 news. we are also working right now to get more information on a shooting that you first saw

people running for cover at the hide away bar near 35th avenue and northern. this was after a fight led to a shooting on the outside patio. a man was rushed to the hospital in serious condition after getting shot in the stomach. we're told the gunman was taken into custody. a bad crash happening early this morning near 59th avenue and indian school. you can see one of those vehicles flipped onto its side. we are still working to find out if anybody was hurt in this one. there's no word on what might have caused that crash either. a scary scene in pinal county as glider right into the ground. a viewer sending in these photos to us from the scene right there. we're told the guy was unconscious and having trouble breathing when medics got to him. this happened near maricopa north of i-8 near az44. you may be familiar with the area. we are making calls to get an update on the man's condition. the price after stealing from a place of worship. police say he stole from a church. surveillance video reportedly

posting up outside maricopa animal care and control. now, these animal advocates holding another vigil today. this is all in memory of pelts killed in maricopa county. today's event is going to go from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., and protesters will be at the east valley location. 8:04. so many of you have asked us about the cracks in the walls and structural damage at glendale schools. we sat down with a spokesperson from the glendale elementary school district to clarify some of your concerns. jim cummings tells us the problems at landmark elementary in 2011 are much different than the ones you are seeing right now. back then they did have cracks in the upper walls of the gym. now it's an issue with the foundation. >> the difference between then and now is that those were not issues in which the state school facilities board or our structural engineers said that the building was endangered or that the building couldn't be occupied. >> cummings said they knew the foundation needed repairs for several months but it wasn't

christine jones not able to get back volts from the recount for the republican primary. if this was happening in our state's 6th congressional district, jones officially conceding to andy biggs last night. that final margin of victory, 27 votes. every vote matters. turning to the rest of the race, the national races and looks like all of the presidential candidates will make it to the debate stage, except for two of them. so half, really.

candidates at the first presidential debate. who's missing here. libertarian gary johnson and green party candidate jill stein. they're not getting enough support in the polls to snag an invite. the candidates need to get 15% in the polls. that's in order to be invited. the first debate is coming up september 26th which is a week from monday. maybe he could use the extra cash since the republicans are trying to raise more money. the republican national committee raised the maximum amount that donors can give. a top donor can give $550,000 to the republican nominees fundraising committee, trump victory. that amount is $100,000 more than the previous amount allowed. clinton's fundraising agreements allow a single donor to give up to $620,000 to democratic efforts. and about face for donald trump, he is no longer a birther. >> president barack obama was

we're going to find steve irvin live in chandler. steve, so good to have you with us this morning. tell people, there are so many ways people can help out. >> yeah, that's the great thing about this program, really, is there are lots of ways to help out. it doesn't mean necessarily you donate money. a lot of folks with a honey due list, we'll take the old bike, the one your kids have outgrown, gathering dust in the corner, and bring it down to the 20 earnhardt auto dealerships in the one within a short driving distance from you. we have a few bikes we had here. i'm told we had a semi come in this morning, and grab all the donations we have had in the last couple of weeks or so. it's a great program. you can donate time. you can volunteer as well, and of course those cash donations always help out because they cost 25 bucks for refurbishing each one of the spikes. i want to talk to nancy williams. you're a foster mom and an adoptive mom. you brought your two kids.
