9th, and the last presidential debate is october 19th in las vegas. and just minutes away we're taking action to separate fact from fiction in tonight's debate, and where does the race stand in our state? the latest numbers. and now a safety alert. a dangerous predator is on the streets, and glendale police really need your help to get this guy behind bars. look at the sketch. investigators believe this man raped a woman who was walking near the cardinals stadium early he threatened her, grabbed her by the hair, and pulled her under a bridge. this comes after a man inappropriately touched a woman walking down the street, but it's not believed the cases are connected. from tonight a leaked list causing controversy in the paradise valley school district. parents singled out for behavior problems. >> but the names were

nohelani graf is live with the story, and why was the list even created? >> reporter: that's what parents want to know at explorer middle school saying it singles out students with special needs saying it has no facts. about 20 names were on the list and also included with kids that missed a lot of school here. one teacher slipped up though and e-mailed it to her whole class. tried to get close their computers so they could delete it, but it was too late and some took pictures. the district is taking this seriously they say, and taking steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. district officials say student safety is first priority. if you try to protest on the mill avenue bridge you'll get arrested, but a man who called himself a reverend is doing it anyway.

right now looking -- but right now looking quiet across central arizona. the current temperatures, 77 at phoenix sky harbor. wind out of the east southeast at 7 miles per hour, and everywhere you look on the map across the phoenix metro, temperatures are in the mid to upper 70s. feeling great out there. in the north low to mid-60s for payson, sedona, and prescott, and the coldest spot is window rock at 47. that moisture is starting to work in from the south, so notice the dewpoint temperatures increased quite a bit, especially across the southern half of the state. the 40s and 50s up 10 to 15 degrees over the last 24 how shalls due -- hours due to to systems we're tracking. low pressure to the south is giving us the initial moisture surge, and then we have a tropical storm down there that's going to start to influence our area over the next 24 hours. that moisture gets pulled up by the low, so we'll be watching that closely for you, and that will bring chances of showers and thunderstorms across the
