it is still heart wrenching. >> i am a mother and i hate to see someone use a child. >> reporter: we just got some new information. they still believe it was accidental but the boy was being watched by his mom with two other siblings of went into the parents room, that's where he found the gun. the mom said she heard a loud bang and that's when she found her son. there are no suspects in this case and nobody to be charged yet to add no arrests -- and no arrests. these little kids in south carolina shot at their elementary school.

shot in the head by the cop. he pointed a gun at the police. >> reporter: the family is here at this hospital by his side but what happened to their son they say police did not have to shoot him. police tell me this all cases cut and dry. >> it's a scene that could of almost been predicted when going through all of the paperwork. he was shot by undercover drug deal. police say as the uniformed officers were walking up he pointed a gun at the police and he rammed his car into their patrol car. an undercover officer saw him with a gun and opened fire shooting him in the head. drugs were found on him. the suspects trouble with the law started in florida.

during a fight. in a letter during his childhood his father wrote the judge saying his son is a good kid begging for second chance promising would never he -- he would never see the inside of a courtroom again. it took a few months to get busted again.>> the suspect got out of prison for the drug bust five months ago and they were trying to shout to shut down. we have to show you something that i don't think we have ever seen. we have been tracking this police chase in california. so long the guy needed gas, he pulled over to the gas station during the chase and you're looking at live pictures.

this guy is wanted for trashing a hotel room and other vandalism but decided to go on the run. eye on your belongings, they cut to guys stealing luggage. here are the suspects. they were caught on surveillance taking the bags from terminal three and when they came back the next day employees recognize them. this is far from the first time this has happened. surveillance cameras have caught that guys in action before.
