officer involved shooting in flagstaff where a man was shot and killed. the toxicology report shows the man was under the influence of several substances. donald meyers had meth, opiates, marijuana and alcohol in his systems. the officers are under investigation. in california the los angeles sheriff deputy investigating pasadena officers in the death of thomas. the officers used a taser on him. officers say he was holding a knife and wouldn't drop it. thomas was the one that called 91 for him -- 911 for himself looking for help. police need your help tracking down the person who set this on fire.
