we are on wildfire watch. progress is being made on the fire burning in northern california. 12 homes and 16 buildings have been destroyed. hundreds of people near santa cruz are still under a mandatory evacuation order. rain has helped on the frontlines. the fire is now 71% contained. 4400 acres have burned. fire crews hope to have this fire completely contained as soon and lifting the evacuation orders take a look at this video out of wisconsin. this is the unbelievable. a school district struggling to get students to school after a large fire destroyed more than 30 buses. a neighbor telling authorities she heard several explosions and saw the black smoke filling the sky. fire crews kept the fire from spreading to a nearby barn. the cause of all of this is still under investigation.

upper 80s wednesday, thursday before the 90s set back in. we will talk more about the temperatures you will feel in just minutes. loop 101 southbound in the west valley is extremely slope right now at mcdowell. you are seeing all of this backup because of a crash on the 10. i-10 eastbound at 91st avenue. this was blocking the hov and two left lane's. i am hearing they just moved it over to slowing of the 101. the slowing on the 10 begins before 107th avenue. a good option, maybe take 83rd down to the 10. as long as you get on the 10 after 91st you should be looking at better speeds. you can see a break in the slowing. it slows down again about 51st avenue. besides -- issues on the 10 the rest of the valley is quiet. we will have a closer look at us 60 in a few minutes.

temperatures were in the low 80s . that doesn't seem hot, but you have to remember inside a car within half an hour temperatures can soar 30 degrees . right now what we are doing is working to figure out how long that baby boy might have been left inside of that car. this is what we know. we're finding out yesterday about 2:30 paramedics got a 911 call. they came out to an apartment complex in peoria. apparently this baby boy was being watc he may have been left inside of that car perhaps for hours. we do know neighbors in this area were taking action to try to save that baby boys life. >> my kids came down it and said this baby needs help. iran in to start cpr with no success. >> we just spoke with peoria police. we're finding out they have those to caretakers in custody

charges. that is something we are working to confirm, to find out exactly what is happening in this investigation. we now know the name of the sexual boy who died in a deadly crash in south phoenix. two trucks collided near 40th st. and broadway. one carrying three kids in the bed of the pickup. all three thrown from the crash. six-year-old tyree jenkins did not survive. the twist, the other driver is behind bars and manslaughter. police say the man admitted to being high and drunk. as for the other children in the passengers in the truck, they are expected to survive. we got a couple of questions about this on our facebook page. phoenix police officers are looking for a gunman involved in a shooting that happened as an apartment complex late last night. this will be at 32nd st. and thomas. the victim who was shot multiple times was taken to the
