a five-month-old dies after being left in a hot car. neighbors rushed to help that it was too late. a look at the people now been charged in connection with this death. a robe closed in the west valley after a serious crash. new details in the crash involving a school bus. another murder mystery in the valley. crews discovered a body this morning. good morning. >> thank you for being with us for the valley is only 11:00 newscast. right now we have crews on the way to the scene where a child was transported from a day care center to the hospital. >> crews were performing life- support leaving the day care center. this is near 16th st. in southern. we do not know the child's condition. there is crime scene take -- tape and put up at the scene. we will bring you more updates as we get them.

from above. a woman was driving when that hummer hit the bus. the bus driver was uninjured and the bus was empty at the time. no students on board. the road was closed while they continued that investigation. >> a story becoming too common, an unidentified body has been found. this time at a waste management facility in the north valley near 21st avenue. in deer valley. investigators are working to determine the identity of that body and going through the trash to determine if if that will be helpful to the investigation. what appears to be an accident at an electrical business has killed a man. phoenix fire saying the electrical contractor was shocked and did not survive. it happened at an electrical business your 75th avenue. in buckeye road. the name of this victim has not been released. new video from a house fire near stably and maine in mesa. fire crews giving us this video. they say the fire started in

were no people in the home at the time two dogs were treated for smoke inhalation. they are still investigating what caused this. we're getting our first look at the two people charged with felony child abuse after a little boy loses his life after apparently getting left inside of a hot car. >> josi garcia junior and monet of the lower are still in jail. nick ciletti has the latest. >> reporter: this is such a heartbreaking case. we are finding out temperatures that afternoon were in the low 80s. that might not inside a car temperatures can soar 30 degrees in just about half an hour. right now we are working to figure out how long a baby boy was inside that car. we know first responders got to the scene at the apartment complex in peoria just before 3:00 in the afternoon. we are told the baby was being cared for by two people at the time. neighbors were there who try to take action and get the baby out. even performing cpr. sadly, it didn't work.

this baby needs help. iran in and attempted to do cpr with no success. > reporter: reporting in phoenix with abc 15. going on right now, the hot car death trial begins in florida. justin ross harris was charged with the murder of his 22-month- old son. harris believed to have intentionally left his son to die in a hot car. they're in the process of selecting jurors and alternates. this morning we now know the name of the six-year-old boy who died in a deadly crash in south phoenix. police say two trucks collided near 40th st. and broadway. one of them was carrying three kids in the bed of the truck. all three were thrown in the crash. six-year-old tyree jenkins did not survive. there was a twist the other driver is behind bars, charged with dui and manslaughter. police say he admitted to being high and drunk. as for the

flu season is just around the corner. a new study just coming out a 10 states shows children who get the complementary and alternative medical treatments are less likely to get flu shots. it is unclear on the exact reasoning but it is believed that since these medical professionals are hesitant to give vaccines they may not recommend a flu shot for their patients. >> health officials are nervous that some people avoid getting protected. the cdc started advising everyone older than six months to get a vaccine by the end of october. earlier this year it recommended against the nasal spray option popular with children because it is ineffective. the cd says -- the cdc says it is urgent that kids still get vaccinated. spring asways a caller. top officials will provide an update on the virus from

one person killed. 114 others injured and a train operator who remembers nothing about the crash. authorities are hoping the data recorder what happened as the train pulled into the station and crashed last week. officials now know one of the event recorders on board was not working the day of that accident. the other has not been found in all of that wreckage. disturbing investigation happening at a suburban high school on long island. police are looking into the deaths of four teenagers who all died within the past few weeks. according to investigators the suspects are part of a

moisture we have some drier air indicated in brown pushing in on the west. it started in western arizona. it has been ushering moisture out of here and bringing in the drier air behind that storm system rolling through this weekend. once the drier air moves in our humidity drop and rain chances will be drying out. the dew points, does numbers in the green in the 30s to 40s. a little bit of humidity not enough to make us feel uncomfortable. temperatures in the yellow sitting in the mid to upper 70s. gorgeous as we get ready to head into lunchtime. the most accurate forecast for the afternoon, nothing but sunny skies and lower humidity through the afternoon. temperatures continuing to warm but only into the 80s today. we are at 79 now. planning to 83 by 2:00. today's high 85 degrees. that puts us nearly 10 degrees below the average for this time
