coworkers and family tell us how they are trying to help the baby's parents in this time of need. he is out of the hospital, but he is charged with first- degree mother -- murder. police tried to stop roger last month in his truck, officers say he sped off and ended up slamming into a car at an intersection. the driver of the car was killed. her passenger was seriously hurt. the suspect was until late last week. the pictures are very difficult to look at. a tempe woman badly beaten by a guy that wanted her cell phone and her purse. joe bartels is alive. >> reporter: the woman coming -- is live. >> reporter: she got here and right where her car was parked
