a report suggests that as many as 60% of domestic violence survivors are also recovering from traumatic brain injuries. doctors say that often times victims could have 30 smaller brain injuries before getting medical help. it makes it harder for victims to leave their partners. is that blows to the head, strangulation causes the same problem. all of it, important information to remember as we began domestic violence awareness month extract maricopa county, they are getting $2 million in grants. there was investigation that tested 1500 -- the investigation showed that there were as many as 1500 untested rape kits.

temperatures inside the car got to 105 degrees. two caretakers are in custody for forgetting a five-month-old baby that was in the car. >> reporter: it was in the parking lot of these apartments were a baby was left in a hot car for more than five hours. the babies uncle went back out to the car to get groceries and his cell phone and still forgetting his nephew in the backseat. court documents show that they were supposed to be babysitting the five-month-old, while the
