right now. a commuter train off the tracks in new york. officials say at least 11 people are hurt tonight after a long island railroad train went you a the rails. a spokesperson for the railroad says it hit a work train on the tracks causing three train cars to derail. the work train caught fire after the crash and right now officials say they are investigating to figure out exactly what happened. tragedy in california. a 5-year-old boy in critical condition after a boat capsizes on thean 30 people on board when it happened and tonight the coast guard says they're all accounted for and 27 adults and three children on the boat that sank. some of them trapped under the hull temperature trapped under the hull. the u.s. coast guard and divers and helicopters got everyone out of the water in just more than 30 minutes. it's just something that shouldn't happen. this mound was huge. it wasn't -- anything that should have been in a
