go on tuesday. >> reporter: hoff showed all the places he plans to hit as he's passing o out this flier claim -- passing out this flier claiming that he was being framed. he also posted about several federal conspiracy theories. on the flier he says the fbi fabricated evidence in his child custody trial. hoff was shot and killed sunday morning by dps officers after allegedly trying to run officer who was putting out spike strips. he then slammed into several patrol cars. dps says officers fired after they thought they saw a gun. he says hoff was armed. >> i noted that he had a firearm on him. biggest concern was just why is

in greenville alone, officials are warning that tar hill river will overwhelming every single home in that county. the storm's death toll just in this state is now up to 30. half of those are in north carolina. of course that is on top of the more than 500 feared dead in haiti. some new drone video coming in and it's giving you a bit more of a glimpse of the damage there. even with the storm gone. the danger is not over for survivors though. they now face going days without food. the emergency supplies there are so low and it is so hard to reach these remote communities, the u.n.'s world food program says by the end of the week they're going to have a better idea of how much food they need and for how long they need it. devastating. and it's often the water that comes after the hurricane that causes the most damage. >> there's a lot of talk on social media and articles

now prescott and payson further north and out to the east including show low. getting those strong breezes running at 15 to 20 miles per hour at this hour. now as we look at gusts, they're everyone higher. right now 31-mile-per-hour gusts in show low. 26 in winslow. this is only the only change we're noticing from that disturbance passing to the north. we will see those winds kicking up tomorrow afternoon but it doesn't look as bad. here's futurecast tomorrow around 4:00 or 5:00 tomorrow lighter breezes for the higher terrain and winds are still generally less than 10 miles per hour for us here in the valley. here's what we're tracking going into tomorrow a few more clouds. we have a disturbance that's going to be coming in. here's futurecast, you see the lines bowing to the south. that's a little disturbance coming in and ahead of that a few high clouds across the area. temperatures will drop a few degrees tomorrow as a result of that too. then we'll keep that forecast mostly sunny and dry for the rest of the week. as the storm track stays to our north. here's tomorrow. 58degrees at 6:00 p.m.
