now we're watching nicole very closely. look at this thing just roaring across bermuda today. winds clocked at 150-miles-an- hour. trees snapped. roofs torn off. power knocked off to more than 27,000 customers. this one is intense. >> it is weakening. as it heads farther out to sea. take a look at the monitor. as it continues to weaken, now still a category two storm this hour. and there's bermuda down there. the center of the hurricane off to the northeast of that area. it will continue to move farther out to sea. so it's not going to be a threat to anybody else here. we may see some high winds though i should say high waves and surf along portions of the eastern seaboard. as it kicks up that water and pushes it back. we'll keep a close eye on that. really no mayor impact at all.

keeps all of the impact too far to the north to be felt here in arizona. but we will see some cloud coverage come in at times we're already starting to see some of it in northern western portions of our state. here's going into friday. you can still see some of those rain chances in there but not quite making it to us. our forecast stays dry. just a few clouds tomorrow. starting about midday continuing into the afternoon. 66degrees at 6:00 a.m. 81 at 10:00 and 89 at noon. before we reach those 90s throughout the rest of the afternoon here in th right now 92 degrees is coming off our high of 95. which put us 5 degrees above normal. 81 at 9:00. we'll see the 70s in place till 10:00. we have a few spots in the 80s to the north. anthem as well at 89 degrees. the rest of our cities across the valley, seeing those temperatures in the 90s and we're also tracking the 90s out to the west and southwest at this hour.

for flagstaff, 65 degrees. lows in these spots tonight. window rock will be as close as it gets. tomorrow look for a high of 77. 77 in show low and 77 in prescott. bull head city at 93 and 93 is what we expect down in casa grande as 94 for tempe. queen creek, aj all at 93. 93 in buckeye. for peoria, avondale, glendale and levine. temperatures dropping about a degree a day through the weekend. still above average. and our average dropping down to 89 for tomorrow. we don't have any 80s in the seven day forecast. the 90s are here to stay. we'll get down to 91 on tuesday. but that's as low as we'll go.

a shooter on i10. but this happened in san antonio. schools were placed on lock down. still no word on whether the shooter will be facing any charges. the man tied to last month's bombing pleading not guilty to several charges including. the 28-year-old rahami made court appearance from his hospital bed. keep in mind, 29 people were injured in those explosions. and he's facing federal charges. all new at 6:00, a chilling uber ride. the encounter one driver will never get. plus a survey turning heads. why it has employees in one school district so upset. and court charges can be very expensive. how to take on a legal fight without going bankrupt. >> if you're headed to the arizona state fair tonight the forecast is looking fantastic

light winds, there's a look hour by hour into the 80s at 7:00 p.m. 87degrees during that hour down to 81 by 9:00 tonight. we'll wake up to the 60s early tomorrow morning. once again as you said getting those kids out the door it's going to be a nice cool morning on the way to school. low to mid-90s just as warm as what we felt out there today and a little above average. as we head into the week end, temperatures drop about a degree a day. average this time of year is 89. we don't have many 80s in the forecast any time soon. seven day coming up at 6:00. >> for days nobody has made the fair weather joke. not even me. >> i got one on twitter i think. >> oh you did.

sheriff paul babeu was headmaster at desisto school in massachusetts. a boarding school rife with abuse. a lot of things went down that probably shouldn't have. this isn't about abuse or neglect, because none of this was found. these records show the state found it, students and parents testified about it, and a judge ordered it to stop. the cornering, the sheeting, i didn't know how to live and function as a normal human being. i'll end with that, thank you so much.
