story investigators broke this is now heading to federal court. attorney general mark brigandage announcing that a federal court is getting involved. he scolded and a sanctioned the lawyers for bad behavior and their bad-faith conduct. it involves controversial advocacy group, advocates for individuals with disabilities, the group has filed more than 1700 lawsuits this year. the claims are businesses are being targeted over minor violations the ag does not believe the people filing the lawsuits are concerned with people with disabilities and stepping in to make sure the group isn't abusing the legal system to cash in. >> i have spoken with some of those victims and they are thrilled this is going through this process. in the next few hours the man accused in a murder for hire plot faces a judge. investigators say javier arroyo
